(Re)connect
Bringing people together
to stop violence against schools
Do you know a young person who may be at risk of radicalization?
Political radicalization is the process through which someone adopts — or is drawn into — extremist ideas.
Extremism involves beliefs and behaviors that support or justify violence in the name of ideological, religious, or political goals.
These ideas are often built on misinformation, distorted narratives, conspiracy theories, and a lack of connection to real-world evidence.
Among young people, extremist views may appear as admiration for authoritarian figures, misogyny, supremacist thinking, obsession with weapons, and other harmful belief systems.
You can support the (Re)connect project by sharing your story anonymously. Your experience can help prevent violence and protect school communities.
